The Diagnosis test is an excellent and recognized aid for classifying the computer skills and capabilities of employees, which in turn allows a general and reliable assessment of the amount of training an employee requires.
The Quick-check test is similar to the Diagnosis test but involves fewer questions.
You must first be registered at an examination centre before you can carry out a Diagnosis or Quick-check test. The test itself can be taken at a location or computer of choice.
Examination duration: There is no time limit
The Diagnosis tests contain between 60 and 90 questions.
Quick-check tests contain 30 questions.
Types of questions
Multiple choice: A choice of 4 different answers. Only one answer is correct and only one answer may be chosen.
HotSpot: The question contains a screenshot. An area of the screenshot is to be indicated by mouse click in order to answer the question.
